R57.16 - Issues with downloading & updating accounts (edit)
I updated my classic Windows version to R57.16, and now I cannot update any bank/credit card account! There is no error message, but the process is stuck in the "Waiting" state. I tried to restart Quicken (killing the process), and reboot my machine, and still is not working. I did an account update with a prior version, but today, I cannot update any account.

Hello @adolcar,
If you haven't already, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Please let me know how this goes!

I have the same issue except mine crashes on any transaction update and crashes when I click on Quicken ID and Cloud accounts, so the above fix does not work for me. It seems that the program crashes anytime I connect to Online connected services.

When I experience strange issues as described, I re-install the Quicken manual patch and often that resolves it. It is very quick and you can get it here.
