Issues with Ally Bank not downloading
I have two PCs with Quicken Classic for Windows. I tried copying my Quicken data file on the main PC to a thumb drive and using that file to restore my Quicken data file on the other PC. The second PC has issues with downloading Ally Bank account data. I tried deactivating and reactivating the accounts several times on this PC, but still find that even when it appears to be working properly, the One Step Update summary doesn't list my Ally Bank accounts as having updated. And when I isolate just my Ally Bank accounts for a One Step Update, the summary comes back with nothing listed as having been updated. Meanwhile, on my main PC, One Step Update shows my Ally Bank account as updating. So why do I have issues with just one of the PC's in updating Ally Bank?

Did this issue start for you last night or today? If so, it appears there might be some issue with Quicken's and/or Intuit's servers because many (including me) are reporting that accounts are not updating during OSU. Quicken is aware of the issue.

Yes, just started. But one PC seems to update properly (at least OSU shows what transactions or balances it found), while the other won't update at all. That's what really puzzles me. How can Ally Bank update for me on just one PC?

Ally is not updating for me. Quicken staff seems to ignore the posts. Frustrating.

None of my Ally checking or savings accounts are downloading new transactions. I have tried to reset the connections, also did a Validate File, and also tried deactivating each online account and re-setup. No new transactions
