CFNA - Credit First National Assoc - send quicken debits as credits and credit as debits
Quicken indicates that they send a request to the specific account, receive a reply, display it, and add it to the correct area in the Quicken file. I have many major credit cards and only CNFA sends them incorrectly. I have talked to customer service at CNFA and they understand the issue. They will not open a problem ticket. If this can't be resolved, CFNA be dropped from the list of accounts you can link to since the data is always incorrect.

Clarifications - When I car fixed - Bill was ~~200.00 when downloaded it indicated as a payment not a charge. When I make a ~~200 payment it reflects in quicken as a charge not a payment.

Please do TOOLS, Account List. What shows in the "Transaction Download" column adjacent to your CFNA account? If that column isn't visible, it can be added via the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the dialog.
Also, is CFNA actually known in Q as:
CFNA Firestone Credit Card https://www.cfna.com/wps/portal/firestonecompleteautocare N/A https://www.cfna.com/login ACTIVE CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECTIf so, this could be an issue with Q/Intuit … OR, the FI could have changed their website and not informed Q/Intuit in a timely manner so that they could adjust the screen-scrapes that Express-Web-Connect uses.
I'd contact Q Support, via the link at the top of this page, to report the matter.
