Latest update disconnected my accounts

I have been gone for 5 days, and started Quicken for Windows and first thing it did was update my program. I went through the One Step update and all my Chase accounts are disconnected and Quicken prompted me to add them and NOTHING. It went through the steps to connect my accounts and the result was like nothing ever happened. Accounts still disconnected.
Why does this program randomly screw up my accounts? I've been keeping track of whether or not it updates my accounts correctly. In my case, Quicken went 31 times and now it gets lost.
I was forced to go to quicken because my other program had no more support. I feel this one doesn't give me any support either. I spend more time fixing things than actually recording.
I'll try a backup otherwise I'll be here for HOURS trying to get it work again.
