chase, schwab, citi, etc. systems says either cant connect or not found.

For two days now I am receiving the same "check back in ten minutes" message. What are we paying for if this is down this long?

This has been for two days. Cant update or add or do anything. We pay the service instead of the purchase once like it used to be in the proper days, but are getting no service for it.
