web site access changed for Nelnet (Q Mac)

My student loan provider recently (within the last few months) changed their web site (Nelnet.com to https://nelnet.studentaid.gov/welcome ) now quicken is attempting to access the wrong site and my accounts are not being updated.

How can we resolve this?

    Do a Quicken search for the other recent NELNET postings and discussion -

    they appeared to change providers and it is up to THEM to inform Quicken how Quicken downloading should be supported -

    I see a couple of old Alerts that were closed in March and last December, and also several threads from the last month or so complaining that there's still a problem.
