UBS Brokerage Accounts Not Updating Since March '24

I only recently noticed that my UBS brokerage accounts have not updated transactions since about the beginning of March 2024. The one-step update completes without error messages and says "27 transactions updated" but they are all from around March.

I opened ticket 11117630 last week, we both reset all my accounts, and then deactivated and reactivated them. And the problem is unchanged. Quicken support says it must be a UBS issue.

UBS knows virtually nothing about Quicken and can only check that I have enabled Direct Connect on the UBS website for Quicken, which I have done years ago. Because about 8 different UBS entities come up when reactivating online services, UBS said I should try "UBS Bank - USA" instead of "UBS Financial Services, Inc." Choosing "UBS Bank" could not find my accounts, but UBS Financial Services did (as I have had it that way for years).

The one clue I have of a problem is that my PIN vault says password "not required" for UBS. (And they do have my cell number but I have never gotten a request for a texted PIN number at UBS midway through a requested download update as I do for some banks.)

When I deactivated all my accounts again today and reactivated them, initially Quicken stored my password, but by the time all the reactivation of accounts was completed, it went back to saying that s password was "not required."
