For the last few days I have been getting "online service not available, wait 10 minutes and try again". When will this be fixed?
You might want to try signing out and then logging back in: Edit > Preferences > Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts > Sign in as a different user > yes > Sign Out > When prompted log back in using your current Quicken ID and PW.

I'm glad it worked for you. Sometimes the connection between the Quicken.com account and the Quicken installation gets out of sync or somehow corrupted. This process can often fix it.
