I am having the same issue. I used to be able to see that Quicken was attempting to download transactions from my savings and credit card. I could see the account numbers it was looking at. Now those numbers are gone and the result is blank. No errors, just nothing. Same with the United NationFCU accounts. I also don't see the number when I download my AmEx transactions, though the transactions eventually come through.

What screen are you looking at?
The One Step Update progress screen can only give you one entry per bank.
The One Step Update Summary will give you a drill down mini menu per account if you click on the blue "x accounts updated" message for each bank.

    Please try this:
    • Go to Edit / Preferences / Quicken ID & Cloud Accounts
    • Click the "Sign in as a different user" link on the right side.
    • Sign out, then sign back in to your Quicken account using your existing Quicken ID.

Now run another OSU and see if that shakes anything lose.
You might also want to try running an "Update Now" for one of a bank's accounts, to see if that produces results.

I'm having a similar issue, I have a Capital One credit card account and it hasn't downloaded transactions since June 14th (9 days ago.)
