Security missing from saved report

Quicken Classic Deluxe in Canada (v56.9) on Windows 10

I used the Standard Report "Maturity Dates for Bonds and CDs". I customized the columns and accounts and then saved the report.

Since then, I added a new GIC. It has a purchase in one of said accounts and a future maturity date set. When I open the saved report, it tells me that a new security has been added since last save. But there is no tab to select securities. And the new security does not appear in the report.

If I open the Standard Report, the new GIC does appear there. But I would expect it to show in the saved report as well.

It seems to me that Securities used to be a tab on the customize report window, but not sure if that was only certain report types or something. Anyway, it's not a tab now. And all my saved reports are prompting me to add or ignore new items, but provide me with no way to do so.

This is one of my issues with Quicken Classic Premier but it appears to carry through to your Deluxe Canadian version. Any time I add a security, every reports/graphs that uses "Include All Securities" is affected. Quicken appears to assume that ALL Securities only means ALL Securities when the report was saved; not the Current ALL Securities owned. I have used Quicken for so long, I don't think I use any standard reports except as a starting point for what I want to see; so ALL of my reports/Graphs I use are My Saved versions. Thanks for pointing out that the standard versions do retain the ALL Securities selection.

If I add a security (I have owned >700) I must remember to Customize (Gear Symbol) every saved report I routinely look at; but particularly the Graphs displayed on my customized HOME-Overall page which greats me when I open Quicken. On the Customize pop-up there should be a Securities Tab where you select which securities to include. Your previous "Include All Securities" selection will now show "Include ONLY Selected Securities". A "All Securities" selection only appears to mean All Securities when the report/graph was last saved; not the current All Securities. It seems like a simple coding change but it has been 40 years since I wrote any programs.

The "Maturity Dates for Bonds and CDs" report does not have a Securities tab on the customize window. So there is no option to fix the selection. The only way to fix the problem is to start over from scratch with the standard report.
