Phantom bonds

I have a one year blip in my portfolio where I have phantom bonds which do not have a transaction in history. I have/had the bond listed but, as in the attached example, there are several separate listings of the same bond when in fact there was only one purchase (the smallest, listed third) with 2 others that do not have a transaction attached and for which Q asks me to create a transaction, presuming it was a purchase from before 1998. But of course it isn't and I don't know how to fix it.

There are several other instance all in 2023.

Thanks for any help

So for anyone with the same problem, it was bc Quicken changed the cost per bond/share from 100 to 1 at redemption, and then created a placeholder dated in 1998 for the "additional", meaning it left 99 phantom bonds/shares for each of these bonds requiring me to go in and fix the downloaded redemption transactions for each. (In the screenshot above it was downloaded as 10 shares at purchase but 1000 shares at redemption.) Tedious fix. Stopped happening in 2024. Never noticed because the listed account value was always correct and it never flagged that it was creating a placeholder.
