Problem with vendor/bill - Southern California Gas Co.

I've been paying Southern California Gas Co. for years via Quick Pay. A few months ago, it now appears with the "Fix It" button under Bills & Income. Clicking on Fix It doesn't doesn't work. I've also deleted the vendor and re-entered it. I've reached out to Quicken Support, but no response.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem?

    Hello @KEH,

    To start with, I suggest you try to Review and Repair Online billers. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Review and Repair > Review and Repair Online Billers in the dropdown menu.

    Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
