Missing transactions on Citibank Mastercard

I downloaded transactions yesterday for my Citibank Mastercard. Most recent previous download was on June 9. I only got transactions from June 20 and 21 to successfully download yesterday, nothing prior to June 20. Tried again today, and no new transactions downloaded. I've been through all the posted troubleshooting steps.
