CC-501 error trying to add a new account with Bellwether Community CU

I have tried to add some new accounts for the past 2 months and I keep getting the following error. I can download transactions to existing accounts for the same CU, I just cannot setup the online services. I see others are having this issue with their banks, I just want to know if there is a fix for this. Thank You.
