When will Quicken update CMG to show correct number of shares? (Quicken Deluxe for MAC)

    When your investment firm starts sending out corrected numbers. Give it a day or two for things to settle down - in the mean time you can expect to see incorrect prices, number of shares, and account values.

    Jon - My investment firm had the correct share count when trading opened this morning.

    Both Quicken Connect and Direct Connect get information from the bank when you run the update - with Direct Connect the Quicken program on your Mac is connecting directly to the bank's systems while with Quicken Connect it's going through the Quicken cloud service but still connecting to the bank at that time. Either way you should be getting what the bank is reporting right now. It may be that your bank only updates it's Quicken outputs once a day after the market closes, in which case you should see a change this evening.
