Bank account downloads suddenly no longer working
When using one step update or bank's download site, the data no longer is routed to the existing Quicken account. Instead it creates a new Quicken account and drops it there. How do I get it to return to downloading to the correct account? Last successful download was June 17. Thanks.

You've posted this in the "Quicken on the Web" forum - which is for the web based mobile platform. All data connections are set up in whichever desktop product you're hosting your data from - Windows or Mac. Since you said "one step update", I assume Windows as that's the terminology for that product. What happens when you do a OSU on desktop? If it downloads into a new account, you'll have to do the online setup again and in the dialog that asks you how to handle the download, you have a choice of 'link to existing', 'create new', or 'ignore'. Be sure you select 'link to existing' in the setup dropdown and select the existing account that the data should flow to.
