I reset my Chase Roth IRA account and now I can't access the register with the transactions

I am unable to change the tracking method to Complete. I have two other accounts with Chase and have no issues. I have tried to deactivate and reactivate and still have the same issue. I had no problem until today - I reset because the transactions were not downloading.
