When entering a register transaction in Quicken Web, it will auto fill the Notes (Memo) field of the new transaction with the last used Note for that Payee. One can edit the note and save the transaction and the register in Quicken Web is correct, When the transaction syncs with Quicken Windows, the Note (memo) shows the auto filled text, not the edited and saved text.
Syncing the other direction (entering in Windows and syncing to Web) works correctly.
