Renaming and Applying Category to Multiple Payees

I just started with Quicken and have downloaded all of my banking transactions. I'm wondering if there is a way to rename multiple payees and assign a category to multiple transactions. An example is our insurance payment shows up as Allstate DES ACH XKD2343. I'd like to select all of the transactions that have the word Allstate in them, then change them all to Allstate. Then grab all these same transactions and apply the category "Insurance" to them.
Is there an easy way to do this? I've tried creating a renaming rule; however, I can't find a way to apply it to payee's already downloaded. Any ideas?

Yes, easy. Edit > Find/Replace (or Ctrl-H) can do this for you.
Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, as of 2025 using QWin Premier (US) on Win10 Pro & Win11 Pro on 2 PCs.
