Online Balance in Quicken doesn't agree with Bank

I have "Pending Transactions" off and "reconcile to bank balance" selected for each account, but Quicken does not reconcile to bank amounts on my checking or savings accounts. It says there are "no uncleared entries" (or similar). I have used Quicken for over ten years and have had my share of aggravation with it, but this has not a problem in the past.

I have the same problem as everyone else my quicken balance and my bank balance is different, and before you tell me that I have pending transaction I DO NOT! My bank and I have come up to the conclusion that quicken has a problem. This is not the first time this has occurred, I have deactivated the account from my bank in the past and the problem was resolved just deactivated my account and reactivated but dis not correct the problem. Ball is in your court!

I have deactivated the account from my bank the second time today and the problem was resolved finely.
