Transaction import safeguard

Hello All!
Back in the day, before the online version of Quicken, if I was attempting to import a QIF file from Intuit Payroll and didn't realize I had already imported that file / transaction, Quicken would catch this error and a window would pop up and admonish me that the transaction was already in my register. This saved me many times from creating 2 identical transactions.
When the online version came out, this safeguard was no longer part of Quicken's algorithms. I would like to see this feature returned.
