Quicken's Online services is unavailable

I update quicken each weekend and this morning when I tried to do the web update, I received this error message:

Is anyone else seeing their online services being down?

Also, I usually down load transactions from TD and my credit card to a .qfx file. But today when I go to open those files in Quicken, nothing happens. Does the .qfx import require access to the Quicken Online services?

And yes, any type of file import or download requires a valid unexpired subscription, hence it also requires access to the Quicken servers to check your subscription.
