CC-800 Barclays Bank Delaware

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I never had an issue with my JetBlue Credit Card - but four months ago, I started having a CC-800 issue with Barclays Bank. I receive this popup every time I download transactions. It seems like Quicken will sometimes pull the transactions through (but I'll still see this error message); however, more often than not, I'm unable to pull the transactions through. I've deleted and re-added and I've reset it. How can I remedy this?
Anyone else have this?

What's the financial institution that you've selected and what's the connection method? My Barclay card uses Barclaycard FI and Express Web Connect with no issues.
