Lost access to all Dime Community Bank accounts - Windows and Mac

Since mid May we have lost the ability to find current accounts at Dime Personal Web (cc-501). An incident ticket was initiated ((Ticket# 11073092/CTP-10058)) but no resolution has been forthcoming. Now we are encountering error (cc- 555) "Dime Bank is blocking Quicken."

These errors are operating system agnostic. And most unfortunately, Dime does not allow for Mac-friendly format manual downloads. Every transaction must be typed in, and after nearly 2 months this is getting old.

Is anyone actually trying to resolve this?

    There are several Dime banks listed when trying to perform Tools / Add Account.

    Which of these have you been trying to connect to?
    Have you been told by your bank to change to a different selection instead? If not, ask the bank for assistance.

    Sorry, I had missed your comment.

    It's Dime Community Bank Personal Web. Nothing had changed until one day in May when my automatic downloads ceased working, simultaneously on both the Windows and Mac versions. A ticket was generated after an error stating "no accounts could be found," errors cc501 and cc555 in Windows, FDP-155 on the Mac side. Quicken support said the issue was on their end and they were working on it. It's now July.
