One Step Update not working with Schwab on 1 of 3 data files

One step update with Schwab not working on one of my data files….but it is working on the other 2 data files.

Problem started a few weeks ago with an error message for a couple of the linked accounts in the data file. I been through the process of de-activating and then re-linking the accounts several times with no luck.

After the most recent "deactivate and re-link cycle" the error messages disappeared & One Step Update summary from a few minutes ago shows that 5 accounts were updated, but when you click on the updated link, it shows the holding information was only updated as of June 11, 2024 (see attached).

As mentioned above, I have 2 other Quicken data files that are linked to other accounts at Schwab and the updates are working fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello @Louis G,

Do you remember the error message that you were receiving up until the last deactivation process?

    Let me know!
