Cannot use Quicken because the mouse pointer has disappeared. I have an HP touchscreen with a surface mouse pad. The mouse pointer shows on all other software so it is a Quicken problem.
Have you tried rebooting your computer? That can fix glitches.
yes I have rebooted multiple times. This is an ongoing issue. Last year I had this problem and one of the community suggestions worked. Now that it has happened again, nothing works. It's terribly frustrating and keeping me from getting my bookkeeping done.
Historical information for when this happens again. Try closing out Quicken and reopening it. It corrected the problem on 7/9/2024
