Budget Numbers Keep Zeroing Out - Need Help!

I’m reaching out because I’ve been experiencing a frustrating issue with my budget, and I could really use your help. Despite carefully entering and saving my budget amounts, some of my categories keep zeroing out. At first, I assumed it might be user error on my part, but now I am certain it isn’t me.

Here’s what’s been happening:

  1. I log into my Quicken account and access my budget.
  2. I enter specific amounts for the category in question and save my work.
  3. When I return later (a few days later), some of my budget categories are inexplicably set to zero, even though I know I had previously entered and saved amounts for them.

This issue is making it incredibly difficult for me to track my finances accurately and stay on top of my budgeting goals. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, how did you resolve it? I’ve already tried restarting the app and ensuring it’s up to date, but the issue persists.
