How do you load a download from AMEX Savings Account

I've noticed the comments around AMEX Savings Accounts not syncing with Quicken, and AMEX has posted a few steps to "download" these transactions. I'm new to Quicken, so how and where do I do that once I've downloaded them?

At the AmEx website be sure to select "Quicken compatible" files to download.
The resulting file will be of file type .QFX

If your browser has been customized to recognize QFX files as belonging to Quicken, upon arrival the file will be passed to Quicken automatically. If not started, Quicken will start and then import the file. If Quicken is already running, Quicken will begin to import the file

If you have already received and stored QFX files in your Download folder, simply double-clicking on the file name should do the same thing: send the file to Quicken for importing.

Alternatively you can also use Quicken to import these files: Select the File Menu / File Import / Web connect (QFX) file. Locate and select the file from the Download folder for import.

    Hello @JS3,

To clarify; are you referring to a QFX file that was downloaded from your account at American Express' website?

Check back and let us know! Thank you.
