Downloading American Express HYSA (Savings Account) transactions (Q Mac)

I am using Quicken Classic Premier (Mac) v7.8.1 and I haven’t been able to download AX HYSA transactions for a little over a week. When I attempt to reconnect the account to download transactions, I am able to view and select the account. However, after clicking ‘Authorize’, I am navigated back to Quicken and receive an error message.

Anyone else have similar issues?

They moved the HYSA to American Express-BANKING! Can no longer access from American Express. I thought Quicken prompted me for the change, In your case, it cannot find because it is not there any longer. Choose-banking then add and link to exisitng.

Thanks for sharing. I was under the assumption that the American Express – Banking connection was disabled. Late last year, transaction downloads stopped for my HYSA, and thereafter I received an email I referenced in a similar post regarding transaction downloads–

Subsequently, transaction downloads worked for both my checking and savings account when I selected American Express until recently.

I attempted to re-select American Express – Banking for my HYSA. I successfully made it through the authentication flow, however at the end, still no transaction downloads. Quicken displays a banner at the top ‘Quicken cannot connect to this account.’. When I select ‘Fix It’, I am taken back through the authentication flow only to see the error message again.
