CC-501 error when updating Schwab
Comments

Been having the same issues since may. Download process takes about 10 — 15 min to complete then comes back with a CC-501 error saying a problem on the Quicken Server. Retry. Until July 1 a retry would complete the update properly after a 10 — 15 min process. Since July 1, retries do not complete properly…CC-501. I have to believe that there are QUITE A FEW Quicken users who have Schwab accounts. I know I would appreciate a resolution of this problem soon…I think others would too!!

Hello @Charlie Brown,
Typically these errors self-resolve within 24 hours. If you haven't already, we recommend reviewing this support article for more information.
As stated in the article, if the error persists for more than 24 hours, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files, and will likely need to file an escalation if they see fit.
Customer Support Team phone hours of operation are 5 am - 5 pm PDT Monday-Friday. Chat Support is available 7 days a week from 5 am to 5 pm PDT.

I have already contacted Quicken Support and they said: "There is a problem with Quicken's interrface to Schwab that is under investigation with no resolution date available. View activity in the Quicken Community forum for on going activity updates"
From all the remarks in this forum, it appears that an increased emphasis on resolving the Schwab/Quicken interface problems would really be appreciated by a number of Quicken users (myself included.) CB

Has there been a resolution to this issue? I'm still seeing it today. Where are the updates?

I have been having this problem on 1/3 of my Schwab accounts for over a year. I am loosing patience that Quicken can't find a solution.
