JP Morgan Chase Credit Card
Transactions from JP Morgan Chase Credit Card for July 11, 2004 not downloading. Windows 11, Quicken classic. Anyone else having issue with Chase??

Thank you for taking the time to report this issue to the Community, although we apologize for any frustration or inconvenience experienced.
This issue has been reported to our Development and Product teams for further investigation and resolution. Though we do not currently have an ETA, you can bookmark this Community Alert to get updates when available and to know when the issue is resolved. If you do not see the bookmark icon at the upper right, please make sure you are logged into the Community.
Per the instructions in the Community Alert, please follow these steps:
- Please save a backup of your Quicken file (click here for Windows directions or here for Mac directions).
- Deactivate all the accounts associated with Chase (click here for Windows directions or here for Mac directions).
- Navigate to Chase's website, (www.chase.com), look for third party apps, and unlink Quicken.
- After the accounts are unlinked, return to Quicken, and attempt to Add the Chase accounts by using the "+" button.

Transactions from Chase United and Chase Amazon credit cards not downloading for me since mid July. I tried the de-activate and re-activate steps above. It appeared to work but still no new transactions downloaded.
