Quicken Windows Locking Up with Transaction Downloads
My Quicken Classic on Windows 11 is locking up during transaction downloads using either One Step Update or an individual account update. On One Step it did a few banks, then locked up. I updated the Quicken software to the latest version just prior to attempting to the transaction downloads.

Hello @bsteinke,
To start with, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
- Navigate to Edit
- Preferences...
- Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
- Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
- Follow the prompts to Sign Out
- Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password
Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.
Let us know how it goes!

I got out of Quicken, restarted the laptop, and tried One Step Update again. It took a while, but it did get to completion.

This fixed my errors with CIT Bank. I was getting CC-501.
