Windows 10 user. Quicken Classic. I cannot download bills from Dominion Energy - North Carolina Gas. Quicken connects / logs in at website and I receive request for and enter verification code. Authentication proceeds but Quicken returns an error message:
"Biller Account is Locked
We're having trouble contacting Dominion Energy NC Gas because your account is locked., suspended or needs you to provide additional information."
I have tried many times to connect , download and reset this account. Also used "Review and Repair" on this online biller w/no success. Any suggestions?
