Paypal Credit via Synchrony Bank Stopped Downloading Transactions

After mid-March '24, Paypal Credit stopped downloading transactions. Tried all the fixes, including adding a new account. That partially worked as only created the new account with an opening balance but does not download transactions beyond that.

Any ideas about what's going on?

    Update, tried to import data from downloaded .qfx file, no data is provided, thus no transactions are available to Quicken, either via online directly, or manually via a downloaded file.

    Another thing, it is just me, or is the Quicken chat support feature dead? There's no "Chat Now" button, tried with Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers. The "chat window" just sends me around like a mouse in a cage with no actual way to chat with anyone at Quicken. What's up with that?
