Cannot add any accounts with Express Connect

I just purchased Quicken last week and have been trying to set up my accounts. Since I have gotten the program, I am unable to add ANY accounts with express connect. My bank asks for a code to be sent to me, I enter the code, and then it asks again and again without adding any of my accounts. I attempted to add credit cards and loans to the account, and when the web screen opens, I log in, and then I get a blank screen where it is supposed to ask if I authorize Quicken to obtain the data.
There has not been one single account that I have been able to add. I have tried from two different computers as well as through mobile. Nothing has worked at all.
Before it is said, I have downloaded transactions using a QFX file for the ones I have been able to do so, but some of them I cannot get the file at all and they cannot be added until this issue is fixed. I even tried a CSV file, but Quicken gives me an error for that as well.
Is there something I am doing wrong, or something going on as to why I cannot add my accounts? That is the whole reason I purchased Quicken.
