When? It’s American Express says they no longer support savings accounts access through Quicken. [Removed - Rant]

    I've been checking periodically - I connected today. Hope it lasts.

    In the mean time I've been testing [Removed - 3rd Party Software]. there are some quirks. It may be usable, but now AMEX Bank connects, so I'll keep both for now to see what happens.

    what is quicken doing to fix this, someone from quicken needs to keep us informed, what kind of customer support is this?

    Is this being fixed? American Express says they no longer support anything with quicken other than Your customer having to download the account infor from the American Express web site myself. If American express is correct, PLEASE correct the information provided about a new set up and the link that hasnt worked for months!!!!
