ETRADE 401K double balance after switching to Simple View

I switched from Detailed to simple investing view. The account is showing the correct stock values but then it has added cash equal to the account balance, so the overall account balance is doubled. I have used the "Adjust cash balance" to set it to zero but every time I do an update the cash shows up again.

I also did a reset of the account, but still am having the same issue.

Appreciate any ideas.

Are you using QWeb or QMobile? The erroneous cash position is probably being downloaded from there. Disable them.

Also, just to make sure, how did you record the creation of those security positions in the account? Did you use the BUY action, which would have reduced the cash in the account?
