CC-501 on American Express Banking accounts, also spreads to other accounts

I have been getting a load of CC-501 errors, and it seems to be related to American Express Banking, which I recently had to switch my downloads to. My wife and I each have both checking and high yield savings accounts there (different logins). For a week or so, I was getting CC-501 errors on a number of unrelated banks, but oddly it seemed like those downloads worked fine. I was also getting CC-800 on the AMEX accounts. Reading earlier posts here, I validated my file, deleted my cloud data, but still was getting errors. I finally deactivated online access for all of my AMEX banking accounts and my One Step Update ran clearly.

Today, I decided to add back the AMEX banking accounts. That worked fine, no errors. But I did a One Step Update immediately afterward, and got CC-501's on both AMEX Banking logins and an unrelated brokerage account that had just downloaded cleanly an hour earlier. Tried this twice in a row with the same results.g I did "Fix It" on the brokerage account and it ran cleanly.

Bottom line, there is something broken with American Express Banking downloads. Anyone else seeing that? I have seen a bunch of posts from Quicken Support about CC-501's spread across multiple financial institutions, but they're all old, and the threads are closed. None seemed to point at AMEX Banking for being the culprit.

I'm running Quicken Windows R57.26.
