Elements Financial CC-501 Error
I continue to have issues downloading account information from Elements Financial. I had been able to do this for years without issue, and started having the issue about 3-4 weeks ago. It was posted as a known issue by Quicken for a period of time at the alert link I will paste at the bottom of this message, but for some reason that alert is now not updating with new information and instead showing as a "Permission Problem". Sorry, for some reason the link didn't work in my last post for the broken alert from Quicken, here it is below-

The link to the Alert is inaccessible as it was marked resolved on 7/12/2024 and then archived as all resolved Alerts are archived 3 days after they are marked resolved.
If you are still experiencing this issue after the Alert was marked resolved, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance and possible escalation if they see fit.

I spoke to my bank, and they indicated that it is still an ongoing issue and not resolved. So I have to go back to quicken support to re-report it?
