One Step Update - Error CC-501 on many accounts and running very slow.

Last several days I cannot get many of my accounts to download transactions. OSU runs slow and errors out with many accounts giving a CC-501 error. Tried restting accounts and now can't re-establish any connectivity to Primis bank, Schwab Brokerage, and others.

    Same issue here - have to reset each account and then the next day it happens again

    Support needs to obtain your download log files to be able to dig a little deeper to resolve this issue for you.

    Thank you....I did speak to quicken support this morning and provided them with log files and they also checked out various things with a shared screen session. It was explai Ed to me that the back end servers at Quicken may have required updates from the banks to be made and this effort will take several days to complete.

    been having this issue for weeks and reported it then. Even sent a sanitized data file. All I hear is crickets from you people. Issues with connectivity are getting worse and worse. And since last night updates take a good 20 minutes. Please reply.

    After 20 years of coping with Quicken problems, now is the most screwed up I have ever seen it.

    I see the link as resolved, however, it just started happening this morning. All institutions with Express Web Connect are CC-501'ing.

    Did this regress overnight?

    its a mess - only option is to do one by one - fix it Quicken
