PNC Download Issues [Edited]
The problem has been described before in the June 6 post by Dan Gilmartin (below). [Removed - Rant/Disruptive]. On the other hand, I do use Quicken to download from several other financial institutions . . . no problems at all. I (and many others) pay Quicken for the service - - - I want no finger-pointing. I want a solution. If it really is PNC's unique problem, I may need to reconsider continuing that banking relation.

I have had to reset online banking with PNC almost weekly now. I don't get error, but new transactions don't download. I check my latest online balance using my smartphone app to verifiy this. I have to deactivate my accounts, then sign back up for online services. This will work for a week or two then I have to repeat the process. It gets tedious. Anyone else have this issue and is there a fix?

This is a peer-to-peer community. Quicken staff do post here, but their participation is sporadic not comprehensive. The best mechanism for reporting a problem to Quicken, with assurance it will be seen by them, is through Help / Report a Problem.
