Your post at the bottom of mine: I posted a year ago on a related issue. The data exported from Quicken to Excel is not ready for pivot tables, etc., with regard to split transactions. There are gaps (blank cells) in all but the first exported component of a split transactions. These blank cells must be filled with actual data, or the subsequent analysis will be corrupted by the blank cells.
