Duplicate transactions

I have all my reoccurring transactions scheduled. Every month i mark each transaction as paid. These transactions have not been marked “cleared” or “reviewed”. When i click the update button, to download all transactions, it causes these “paid” transactions to duplicate. Luckily quicken sees it an an error and puts an error (red mark) next to it, but its annoying.
These duplicates dont happen all the time nor with the same accounts consistently, but they do happen frequently.
I’m using Quicken Classic Deluxe for Mac.
