Issues with OneStep Update

Has an issue developed between OneDrive and Quicken?
Why are we having such a high level of difficulty with Quicken downloads today?
Everything has worked fine for the last couple days. Our OneDrive did perform a backup overnight and now all of our accounts will not update. This includes all accounts with USAA, Navy Federal and Chase. We did perform an initial update this morning, but it took several minutes to complete which is highly unusual, and it did not prompt for any of the normal security questions with PayPal.
Our system also duplicated every transaction for the last 15 years. The accounts are currently displaying a red circle with a backslash indication there isn't a link with the bank but in the update settings, everything display as remaining connected.
