I have a Visa issued by US Bank. i can no longer download transactions to my Quicken. Will there be any update to this problem. I saw there was an issue with the Quicken issued US Bank card, but mines not a Quicken card.

    USB has several FI names within Q, and they have differing abilities. Which are you using? Do TOOLS, Account List and look in the Financial Institution column across from your account to view this. If this column isn't visible, add it via the OPTIONS button at the bottom of the dialog.

    BTW, I also have a USB issued Visa and it downloads via Direct Connect without problem … including just this morning.

    not sure what your telling me. I have attempted several US Bank accounts and get the results. Not sure if its because my US Bank Visa is a Harley card?

    Do TOOLS, Account List and tell us what's in the "Financial Institution" column across from these accounts.

    And, now that you've stated "Harley", there are other reports here of issues with that card. Use the Search box at the top of the forum to find them.
