Widespread CC-501

Good morning

I'm an avid user of the app; and today, while one step updating my accounts, only the investment accounts got reconciled. All of my banks failed with CC-501. There are several banks. Capital One, Citi, BofA, Wells Fargo and Charles Schwab. Is there a problem on your side that we need to know or like your canned answer says, wait 24 hours. I'm trying to warn y'all of this issue.

Experiencing the same this morning. BofA, Synchrony, Chase, Citi all returning CC-501. The FAQ suggests the problem is on the part of the banks. Maybe they are in cohoots to make trouble for their customers.

CC-501 errors or "not your fault" message from one or more banks
Please read and follow instructions here: https://www.quicken.com/support/error-when-using-online-services-cc-501

Support needs to obtain your download log files to be able to dig a little deeper to resolve this issue for you.

I have sent all my files to you reporting this issue. Again, this is a canned answer. Someone needs to look at this problem. This is widespread.

I also received the CC-501 error on most of my accounts this morning during OSU. I hope this gets resolved quickly. When Quicken is working, it is great. Unfortunately, there have been a lot of problems (for me) lately. I no longer pay bills via Quicken. I am back to using Quicken as an electronic checkbook like I did in the 1980s.

I just ran OSU and all accounts updated quickly and successfully. For those experiencing multiple FI connection failures, I'd first check my internet connectivity. This would include rebooting your system.

After reading RalphC's comment, I tried to run OSU again and all of my accounts updated successfully. I even was able to update Elan Financial which has been unavailable for some time after going through a reset process prompted by Quicken. It seems the situation has been resolved. Thanks.

yeah, worked just now for all. previously one bank didn't update. guessing "the internet was still rebooting"

    Yeap. Worked.

Why doesn't Quicken support or the user above, updates everyone that a fix was completed. They ask of you to wait 24 hours; I can only imagine they are fixing the issue.

This is pretty sad, that I had to go and manually reset every banking institutional 1 by 1. Quicken should have realized there was an issue and sent out a notification. As well as implemented functionality to allow me to choose how ever many institutions that I want to reset.
