Quicken not accepting Wealthscape log in information

I am assuming when it says ID for the login it means my username.

I have tried numerous times, double checking the information I entered, and I get

"An unexpected error occurred

Please try again later.

Care Code: FDP-102

Details:

FI_TIMEOUT

Retry. The page you requested is temporarily unavailable.Please try again or contact your Support Center"

Not sure which Support Center they mean but when I contacted my Wealthscape contact person they said to contact Quicken. I see no way to actually contact Quicken directly. It appears I need to use this community page and hope someone has an answer.

    Please refer to this support article regarding error FDP-102.

    Additionally, please refer to this support article for guidance on how to contact Quicken Support directly as this Community forum is primarily user-to-user based with only a handful of moderators like myself who can do some troubleshooting with you.

    However, the error you are experiencing will require direct contact with support as it may likely result in an escalation. Posts on the Community are not the same as contacting Quicken Support.
