CC-511 errors while trying to add accounts with Dollar Savings Direct and Bask Bank

    Same problem with CC-511 EWC errors when I try to add a new Express Web Connect bank account. All direct connect accounts work fine. The two banks with CC-511 errors while trying to add those accounts are Dollar Savings Direct and Bask Bank. There are many posts on this issue going back to 2020. Posts state Quicken recommends users do not reset, deactivate or reactivate affected accounts. Users posted that only phone support can fix this issue using a tool to reset my User Profile on its aggregation server. I will call support, but I wanted to make Quicken aware of this unresolved issue.

    To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end and can see an error FDP-176 (script error). If this issue has been persisting for longer than 24 hours, then I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they can walk you through troubleshooting steps in real-time and escalate the situation as needed.  The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here.
