Quicken is still not connecting to Dominion Energy - Virginia for online billing.
I am using Quicken R57.26 Build 27.1.57.26.
Quicken keeps telling me to "fix" the connection. I have lost count of the times I have tried to "fix" the connection. I deleted the biller this morning and was able to get the biller re-installed. However, Quicken still wants to "fix" the connection.
The drop down to "Go to Biller Website" sends me directly to the correct Dominion Energy - VA website and my credentials are pre-populated by my password manager. I am able to log on to Dominion without issue or and 2FA.
There was another article on this issue from 2023. The article did not seem to have resolution.
My credentials are valid and Quicken knows the correct website.
Is there a solution to this issue?
