Issue where a specific stock will not download quotes, nor can allow direct input of quotes

I recently added a new security to my portfolio. I was able to add it to my security list in Quicken, but when quotes are downloaded or I try to enter them directly, the price is not saved- just defaults to zero.

Has anyone else dealt with this?
